Catturasogni is the wine that took shape most slowly in the cellar. Sangiovese brings the structure, Merlot adds roundness, Cabernet Franc contributes that green, aromatic note that shifts the profile toward something personal. Aged in small oak barrels for twelve months, then at least eight more in bottle. Intense ruby red, with ripe cherry, blackberry and dark spices, full-bodied with silky tannins and excellent ageing potential — it doesn’t rush to please: it needs time.
