L'Equilibrista — Technical Sheet — SecondoCerchio by Paolo Marchi

Equilibrista is SecondoCerchio’s Vermentino in purezza — 100% Vermentino grown in Tuscany. Straw yellow with greenish hues, it opens on lemon, grapefruit, lime, white flowers and aromatic herbs. The palate is fresh and savoury, with a persistent mineral, saline finish. Three months on the lees before bottling: it drinks well right away, but gains something with a year in the bottle.
